What is your favorite b30A each community? We have many favorites but we’re especially intrigued by Blue Mountain Beach on 30A. Why is it named Blue Mountain Beach, you may have wondered. Blue Mountain Beach is one of the highest points along Northwest Florida’s Gulf Coast. When the early settlers saw the coastline from their boats, the coast appeared to have a blue haze from the Blue Lupine plants that grow abundantly in South Walton.
