The four carefully appointed bedrooms and open gathering spaces of Villa 47 look out over the sparkling Hidden Dunes lake and fountain. The green lawn and wildlife make a relaxing backdrop for a sunset soirée on the furnished and screened-in balcony. In fact, this Destin vacation rental is perfectly set up for lounging with ease. Extras include a modern kitchen with a separate ice maker, a wine refrigerator adjacent to the living room and dining for 10. Moreover, perks like the luxury bathroom in the Primary suite, cool wooden-plank floors and an airy, beach chic decor add to the coastal charm of Villa 47.



The location of Villa 47 also keeps guests happy. Its on the southern end of Hidden Dunes which means that the Gulf of Mexico is just a few minutes' walk away. Plus, just beyond the entry gates to the north sits Silver Sands Factory Stores, multiple golf courses and a fantastic array of award-winning restaurants.

Villa 47 also has one of the best locations in all of Hidden Dunes! It’s less than a 5 minute walk to the beach but still nearby to one of Hidden Dunes pool decks. Onsite amenities also include an award winning tennis center, children's playground and a basketball court. Plus, Silver Sands Factory Stores, several golf courses, grocery stores and dozens of restaurants are right outside Hidden Dunes gates.

Hidden Dunes offers six tennis courts with a Rubico Clay surface, which is the highest standard for clay tennis courts, and are maintained daily in order to provide the best playing conditions. Proper tennis attire is required to play and we encourage you to call ahead to schedule a match or take advantage of our clinics and private lessons. Please call to inquire about cost per session and equipment rental prices. Our friendly staff invites you to join for a game or two.

3 PARKING SPACES PROVIDED!

Per Home Owner Association rules: Hidden Dunes does not allow trailers, RV's, motorcycles, boats/jet ski's or golf carts.


We require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.
We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

I stayed at Hidden Dunes Villa 47 on a long Memorial weekend. It far exceeded my expectations! The decor was like it should be featured on HGTV and had tons of space for a family to enjoy their vacation. It is close to the beach and balcony was perfect spot to enjoy a cocktail and read a good book. They also had ample parking available for the unit. Will definitely book villa 47 again!

Unit 47 was well clean and equipped. Everything we needed was in working order. Our “neighbors” even offered us their covered parking space to add to ours. Being close to the beach made walking at here a short jaunt. We hope to be there again next year, too!

Hidden Dunes Villa 47

We had a great time in Villa 47! Over the previous 7 years, we have rented several villas annually and this was by far the best! We always stay in a villa on the second floor because of the potential view, but the view from 47 is the best on the property. Inside everything was perfect and we had no issues. Villa 47 looked new and fresh , and the separate ice maker and wine fridge were nice additions. It is an easy walk to the beach and the large pool. It was a five minute walk to the tennis courts each morning which is exactly what each of us needed. I am kind of responsible for the success of each trip we make and all of our residents loved this one more than any other over the previous 6 years. Next year in October, we will hopefully be able to rent Villa 47 again!

My family of 10 spent Labor Day weekend ( Friday through Tuesday morning at Villa 47. It was the most wonderful experience for all of us! Such a beautiful, perfectly located to beach, comfortable, welcoming Villa ?? We spent time on the beach each day and relaxing in the Villa. Never before have we enjoyed/ experienced such luxurious accommodations. We are already looking forward to planning a return trip for next year and we definitely want the same Villa. Thanks for such a gem.
