If your mind and body have been craving the Beach, then Villa 21 will absolutely satisfy your need for a Destin vacation rental! Its open floor plan is hedged by a wraparound, screened-in balcony overlooking one of Hidden Dunes pool decks. Only a few steps and you can be the first one to grab a sunny spot each day!

Apart from a fantastic location in the center of Hidden Dunes, Villa 21 has recently undergone intensive upgrades from floor to ceiling- with beautiful wooden floors throughout, a gourmet kitchen featuring a gas range, an ice maker, stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, plus upgraded bath vanities and showers throughout. The entire unit has been tastefully decorated with neutral hues and hints of blue. The perfect setting for rest, relaxation and enjoying the million dollar gulf view.

The Master Suite features a sitting area as well as a luxury bathroom boasting a soaking tub and a separate shower with dual shower heads. There’s even a laundry center in the unit with full sized appliances for your convenience. Deeded beach access is just a short walk away, a professional tennis center and courts are right on site, several pool decks provide a variety of options, basketball and horseshoe courts are available and all of this is spread across the lush acreage of Hidden Dunes. As if Hidden Dunes wasn’t already fantastic, its location is practically across the street from Silver Sands Premium Outlets and convenient to area restaurants and attractions. Hidden Dunes offers six tennis courts with a Rubico Clay surface, which is the highest standard for clay tennis courts, and are maintained daily in order to provide the best playing conditions. Proper tennis attire is required to play and we encourage you to call ahead to schedule a match or take advantage of our clinics and private lessons. Please call to inquire about cost per session and equipment rental prices. Our friendly staff invites you to join for a game or two.

We are thrilled to offer our Newman-Dailey guests 1 FREE ticket each day of your stay to the following activities through Xplorie for paid stays, 27 nights or less: Big Kahuna’s water Park, A Round of Golf, Dolphin Cruise, Parasailing, The Gulfarium, & Snorkeling (seasonal and subject to availability)

Per Home Owner Association rules: Hidden Dunes does not allow trailers, RV's, motorcycles, boats/jet ski's or golf carts.


We require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.
We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

This summer was my family's third consecutive year staying in Villa 21 and we were as pleased this year as every previous year. Hidden Dunes itself is a wonderful resort that feels private and secure while also being conveniently located to dining and shopping. But Villa 21 is what draws us back year after year. It is spacious and beautifully decorated and is a wonderful place to stay if the weather happens to keep you away from the beach or pool.
