Great Location for 2 bedroom, 2 bath  condominium, new paint, new furniture!

Master has King bed, 2 Twins  in Guest Bedroom,  and living area has a Sleeper sofa with two full bathrooms. This is a great rental for a quick walk to the beach, a relaxing getaway, and short drive to premier restaurants and shopping. 

Hidden Dunes offers six tennis courts with a Rubico Clay surface, which is the highest standard for clay tennis courts, and are maintained daily in order to provide the best playing conditions. Proper tennis attire is required to play and we encourage you to call ahead to schedule a match or take advantage of our clinics and private lessons. Please call to inquire about cost per session and equipment rental prices. Our friendly staff invites you to join for a game or two.

We require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.
We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

We loved our stay at Hidden Dunes beach cottage 216. My only feedback would be to build a walking trail between unit 188-190. This would help families with children prevent walking to the pool or beach on the street. The welcome package was very resourceful. The cottage itself was updated and very clean. The grounds keeping was easy on the eyes. My children loved the playground and basketball area. We enjoyed the heated pools during the cold weather and used the clean grills almost every day. The staff was so courteous and we received notifications ahead of time if maintenance needed to be done for our unit. The beach was always clean and we always felt safe. Thank you Newman-Dailey and Hidden Dunes for a great stay!

Minutes/walking distance from the beach. Be prepared for lots of June grass this time of year! Nice and homey cottage. Wish the pool was open later than 10p. Overall a pleasant stay??
