Nestled among a natural habitat and babbling fountains plus conveniently located on the lower level is Hidden Dunes Cottage 204. This beautiful unit will comfortably accommodate 6 with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. And best of all, the owner of this magnificent unit has just completed a complete floor to ceiling remodel. Every surface, every piece of furniture and every piece of décor is fresh and new. Decorated in an understated neutral palette of soft blues, whites and muted tones of gray, this home away from home is sure to appeal to your sense of relaxation and calm. The Living Room is spacious and open to the Kitchen and Dining area. The Kitchen is bright and airy and generously equipped, just waiting for you to whip up a full 5 course meal or a late-night snack. The Primary Bedroom is comfortable, roomy and has a sleek, modern walk-in shower in the spacious bath. The Guest Bedroom features a twin over Full bunkbed set up and another twin bed. The delightful, screened porch is accessible from both the Living Area and the Primary Bedroom plus it boasts a bar area that overlooks the kitchen. All of this plus all of the amenities of Hidden Dunes like world class tennis courts, multiple pools, grilling areas, and the beautiful white sand and turquoise water of the Gulf of Mexico…..it’s just waiting for you at Hidden Dunes Cottage 204. Hidden Dunes offers six tennis courts with a Rubico Clay surface, which is the highest standard for clay tennis courts, and are maintained daily in order to provide the best playing conditions. Proper tennis attire is required to play and we encourage you to call ahead to schedule a match or take advantage of our clinics and private lessons. Please call to inquire about cost per session and equipment rental prices. Our friendly staff invites you to join for a game or two.


2 PARKING SPACES PROVIDED!

Per Home Owner Association rules: Hidden Dunes does not allow trailers, RV's, motorcycles, boats/jet ski's or golf carts.


We require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.
We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

Hidden Dunes cottage 204 was clean, comfortable and we appreciated the great amenities. The kitchen had everything we needed, the beds were comfortable, and we loved the screened porch. If you play pickle ball, you'll no doubt find friendly locals to play with. My son loved having the basketball court close by and the beach was an easy walk. Thanks for the great stay!

We had a great time during our stay during memorial day weekend! Super clean, great amenities (2 coffee machines ??), comfortable beds, and enough space for a family of 4. Super quick walk to Miramar beach, and a great location right between Destin and Santa Rossa. One suggestion I have is to let people know about the daily chair rental, being that at Miramar beach we only get 2 free chairs, and any additional would need to be paid for. Also, there is a Keurig machine which was not mentioned in the description. Overall a great space and would recommend!

Had an awesome experience and stay. Communication was great, responsive to questions. Condo was very clean, and well kept. Convenient location, easy walk to the beach, with chair setup. It was actually closer than we expected. Simple check in and out, gate security. Multiple perks around the property; 2 pools, basketball and tennis courts, walking paths, etc…. We would certainly stay here again.

We have stayed at the Hidden Dunes for the last 18 years or so. It is the perfect place for us to meet our family and spend the week together. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. I love that the beach chair rental comes with our condo and the boys running it are the absolute best! We wouldn't stay anywhere else.
