Great location just a short walk from the beach (about an 5-10 min walk from the room). The property included two beach chairs and an umbrella, which was a lovely addition to the stay!

You feel very secluded from the hustle and bustle happening on Hwy 98. We’ve stayed in several of the cottages and villas over the years and each one has been just as great as the last. The property is well maintained and everyone is so friendly on staff. The beach service is a five star experience, as well. We look forward to our vacations here every year.

Everything was as expected. Both the condo and the grounds around the complex were very well kept and clean. About the only issue was noisy leaf blowers and mowers early in the morning. Overall was an excellent stay. Would book the listing again.

We had extended family staying in units throughout the property. It was such a fun trip, amazing tennis clinics with Rhett at the Hidden Dunes Tennis Center.

We have had eight beach vacations from the east coast to the gulf coast and this condo and beach was by far...THE BEST!!! Beautiful layout/interior and the beach and pool was amazing!!!

Hidden Dunes cottage 204 was clean, comfortable and we appreciated the great amenities. The kitchen had everything we needed, the beds were comfortable, and we loved the screened porch. If you play pickle ball, you'll no doubt find friendly locals to play with. My son loved having the basketball court close by and the beach was an easy walk. Thanks for the great stay!

We had a great time during our stay during memorial day weekend! Super clean, great amenities (2 coffee machines ??), comfortable beds, and enough space for a family of 4. Super quick walk to Miramar beach, and a great location right between Destin and Santa Rossa. One suggestion I have is to let people know about the daily chair rental, being that at Miramar beach we only get 2 free chairs, and any additional would need to be paid for. Also, there is a Keurig machine which was not mentioned in the description. Overall a great space and would recommend!

Had an awesome experience and stay. Communication was great, responsive to questions. Condo was very clean, and well kept. Convenient location, easy walk to the beach, with chair setup. It was actually closer than we expected. Simple check in and out, gate security. Multiple perks around the property; 2 pools, basketball and tennis courts, walking paths, etc…. We would certainly stay here again.

We loved our stay at Hidden Dunes. We stayed in a cottage and really liked having morning coffee on the screened in porch. The walk to the beach was quick and beautiful. We will definitely stay again.

This was my 2nd time staying at Hidden Dunes. And it will not be the last. Loved the room, the property, the pool, and the staff. Everything is kept up beautifully and clean.

We used to own this unit and we were happy to come back and stay as guests! Everything was nice and clean and we will come again!

We have stayed at the Hidden Dunes for the last 18 years or so. It is the perfect place for us to meet our family and spend the week together. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. I love that the beach chair rental comes with our condo and the boys running it are the absolute best! We wouldn't stay anywhere else.
