Hidden Dunes Resort Post Isaias Update

Update 10/11/26: Newman-Dailey is currently conducting an assessment of all properties. We ask for your patience as we work to get back online.

Our offices have reopened, however, Hidden Dunes Resort remains without power and our office phones remain down. In addition, trees, power lines and traffic lights remain down, and drivers are asked to reduce speed and use caution.

If you were scheduled to arrive during the storm or this week and purchased Red Sky Travel Insurance make a claim by visiting https://trippreserver.com/ or call 866-889-7409. If you did not purchase travel insurance, our team will provide you with your options.

If you are scheduled to arrive today or Monday, our office will be contacting you regarding the status of your vacation rental. For cottages, villas and condominiums that are safe and inhabitable, we want you to come and enjoy your stay.

Please keep in mind that the Miramar Beach area is handling clean-up and recovery while still working to restore power. Property pools may still be closed due to debris. The beach still has storm debris, and White Diamond Beach service is suspended at this time.

In addition, double red flags continue to fly along our beaches, advising beachgoers that the water is closed for swimming due to debris and the potential for post-storm rip currents that can create dangerous situations for swimmers. Check current beach flag conditions here.

We will continue to post updates here as information becomes available.

If you are scheduled to arrive today or Monday, please keep an eye out for text messages updating you on the status of your rental.

We hope to welcome you back to the beach soon!
