Hurricane Isaias Update

Update 10/11/26: Newman-Dailey is currently conducting an assessment of all properties. We ask for your patience as we work to get back online.

Our offices have reopened, however, our office phones remain down. In addition, trees, power lines and traffic lights remain down, and local officials encourage everyone to use caution. Power outages remain at many of our properties.

If you were scheduled to arrive during the storm or this week and purchased Red Sky Travel Insurance make a claim by visiting https://trippreserver.com/ or call 866-889-7409. If you did not purchase travel insurance, our team will provide you with your options.

If you are scheduled to arrive today or Monday, our office will be contacting you regarding the status of your vacation rental. For rental homes and condominiums that are safe and inhabitable, we want you to come and enjoy your stay.

Please keep in mind that the Destin area is handling clean-up and recovery while still working to restore power. Property pools may still be closed due to debris. Beaches have storm debris. Some beach access points are closed, and beach service is unavailable in many areas.

In addition, double red flags continue to fly along our beaches, advising beachgoers that the water is still closed for swimming due to debris and potential for post-storm rip currents that can create dangerous situations for swimmers. Check current beach flag conditions here.

We will continue to post updates here as information becomes available.

For arrivals today and Monday, please watch for text messages communicating the status of your vacation rental.

We hope to welcome you back to the beach soon!
