Beach Bingo is a game that the whole family will enjoy. From taking pictures of shorebirds, crustaceans and invertebrates as well as identifying the species to removing trash from the beach, families will enjoy learning about our coastal environment and native species while helping to preserve our beaches and natural lands. Kids will delight in the challenge of getting five in a row while building sandcastles, recycling, and filing in holes on the beach, among other fun activities. We love Beach Bingo because it helps families disconnect from the demands of life and reconnect as a family, working together to find items, learn about native species, and enjoying a treat to two along the way (yes, take a picture of a cold treat is a BINGO square).
And for those competitive families who get five in a row, we’ll reward you with a prize. We’re kicking off the program by giving each family that completes a bingo card a Newman-Dailey paddle ball set (available while supplies last). Once you win, you’ll be able to head back to the beach for a paddle ball tournament among parents, siblings, aunts, uncles, friends and anyone else in your group up for the challenge.
