Kirkwood started his first company, Better Lawns & Garden, Inc. in 1995 and it grew it into one of Central Florida’s most respected and well-known landscape contracting firms. In 2004 Kirkwood started his second company, BLG Environmental Services Inc., a disaster recovery firm. Kirkwood has a strong interest in Real Estate. He bought his first investment property when he was 18 years old, and has continued to buy and sell in both up and down markets building his investment portfolio. With this knowledge he has a great understanding of property value and how to negotiate the best deal for his clients. He has settled in Destin to pursue two of his passions: real estate and fishing. Kirkwood has strong work ethics and market knowledge.
Bielawski earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Central Michigan University and a Master of Business Administration in Marketing from Michigan State University. Following a rewarding career with Dow Chemical in sales and marketing, he moved to Destin. “Real estate was a natural progression for me. I enjoy working with people and assisting them as they define and achieve their real estate goals.” Bielawski said. He continues to exceed his client’s expectations with genuine personal commitment to customer satisfaction. He was the Top Listing Agent and second in sales for 2010.
