Details

Beachy is the word to describe this Villa with its colorful décor in the great room. Enjoy the lake view from the porch or relax on the swing!. The location is a short distance from the beach walk-over and the Villa pool, and a nice leisurely walk along the reflecting ponds and fountains brings you to the resort’s main pool and the tennis center. There is a King bed in the Master and the en suite bath has a garden tub and walk-in shower. The Guest Room has a Queen bed and the attached bath has a walk-in shower. The other Guest Room has two Twin beds plus there is a sleeper sofa in the living area. Mexican tile in the great room and carpet in the bedrooms and TV’s in all rooms. Hidden Dunes has two swimming pools, hot tubs, a lake with a fishing pier, a horseshoe pit, a basketball court, a newly added pickle ball court, professional quality tennis courts, and outdoor grills.

3 PARKING SPACES PROVIDED!

Hidden Dunes offers six tennis courts with a Rubico Clay surface, which is the highest standard for clay tennis courts, and are maintained daily in order to provide the best playing conditions. Proper tennis attire is required to play and we encourage you to call ahead to schedule a match or take advantage of our clinics and private lessons. Please call to inquire about cost per session and equipment rental prices. Our friendly staff invites you to join for a game or two. 

We require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.
We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

The unit is in a nice location. We have enjoyed our stay for the past 13 years in Hidden Dunes. It would be nice if the owners would update their facilities to meet the current expectations of the going rates being charged. On a positive note, this unit has a spacious living area with ample seating. The screened in porch is adequately furnished with the swing being a bonus. The location is convenient. The kitchen was equipped with necessary small appliances, including a new coffeemaker. Here are a few suggestions as seen through the eyes of a renter: top oven heating element needs attention, entire villa needs painting.

Some Things need to be replaced outside on the veranda because of day today rust. Overall this was a good day for what we intended, which was the beach. Accessibility was very easy and the beach crew was very accommodating. The beds slept very well.
