The feeling of spaciousness continues up the spiral staircase to the loft en-suite bedroom; out onto the screened-in patio nestled by ancient oak trees and then around to the open kitchen and dining area. Even the Primary bedroom- with its seating area, patio access, and luxury bathroom (wait ‘til you see the huge walk-in-shower with dual shower heads) evokes a sense of having plenty of room to just breathe.

A unique interior comprised of Asian antiques blended with modern accouterments matches the rarity of Hidden Dunes property. Acres of forested land house villas and cottages by the Gulf each with access to some of the best amenities around. Not only is Villa 15 right next to one of the walkways to the pool, it’s also close to the playground, horseshoe courts, and basketball courts.

To the north of the property near the entry gates sits the award-winning tennis center- a favorite of vacationers for many years. And to the south you’ll find an incredibly long stretch of beach access only for Hidden Dunes guests. Moreover, within a few miles radius of Hidden Dunes lies two outdoor malls, golf courses, entertainment venues and unending eateries. 

Hidden Dunes offers six tennis courts with a Rubico Clay surface, which is the highest standard for clay tennis courts, and are maintained daily in order to provide the best playing conditions. Proper tennis attire is required to play and we encourage you to call ahead to schedule a match or take advantage of our clinics and private lessons. We require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.
We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.
