Sitting proudly on the first floor of the beachfront South Walton condo Gulfside, Hidden Dunes 102 occupies a fantastic spot! Its patio doors have an entry to the large pool deck with beach views- a rarity for a condo in a high rise! No doubt this sunny opportunity will remind guests to take advantage of all the little extras life throws our way...or you could say to SEAS the day. The backyard of Gulfside 102 is all that a Destin vacationer could hope for! The aforementioned patio has entries to the living room and the primary suite, and best of all it has palm tree speckled views of the glistening Gulf of Mexico- only a few steps away! The interior of 102 is equally a sight to SEA- cool tile floors, laden with nautical inspired décor in each bedroom along with flat screen TV's and comfortable furnishings. Plus, the kitchen boasts upgrades that include granite countertops and stainless steel appliances- whether you're making coffee or preparing a feast it will be in stylish surroundings. So many amenities are available just for Hidden Dunes guests.
Choose to sunbathe in one of three pools, relax on the long stretch of private beach or simply enjoy a sunset on the patio as the Gulf spreads out before you. How a about a game of tennis or basketball and a leisurely walk with the family around the magnolias and the lake? Or venture just beyond the Hidden Dunes gates and discover outdoor malls, restaurants, and golf courses nearby.

Hidden Dunes offers six tennis courts with a Rubico Clay surface, which is the highest standard for clay tennis courts, and are maintained daily in order to provide the best playing conditions. Proper tennis attire is required to play and we encourage you to call ahead to schedule a match or take advantage of our clinics and private lessons. Please call to inquire about cost per session and equipment rental prices. Our friendly staff invites you to join for a game or two.

2 CAR MAXIMUM IN JUNE AND JULY. NO VISITOR GUEST PARKING AVAILABLE.

Per Home Owner Association rules: Hidden Dunes does not allow trailers, RV's, motorcycles, boats/jet ski's or golf carts.

We require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.
We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

Enjoyable Stay with Minor Noise Issue Rating: ???? I recently stayed at this condo and had a great experience overall. It was clean, organized, and in a fantastic location with direct access to the pool and beach. The only downside was that noise from the unit above was occasionally audible, such as footsteps and moving furniture. Despite this minor inconvenience, I want to thank the management for a pleasant stay. I would highly recommend it and come back

We spent the week of May 25-31st here and it was awesome. I love being on lower level and right by the pool is even better this way I can see my girls from inside or the patio and to hear and watch the ocean is even better. Condo was clean and neat and had all you needed.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay . The check in was great , everyone was very friendly so were security! We always seemed to get the best parking spots somehow ! The condo was beautiful and right by the pool . It’s the perfect condo .. this condo was in the best location the pool was only steps away from the pool and the beach was not many more steps away . We enjoyed ourselves . We wish that their were more channels But we give it 5 stars and we will be staying again !!!

Once again we really enjoyed this condo in Gulf Side. We will be returning in 2019 for our 4th year. The unit is very nice and comfortable. Newman Daily staff are very efficient and friendly. The accommodations were fantastic which included a beautiful view. Access to the pool was just off of the patio. Highly recommended. The only thing that would have made our stay better is better weather! Tropical storm Cindy prohibited us from enjoying the full experience.
